I’m Julie, a Utah birth photographer and former doula who runs on caffeine and the thrill of supporting birthing families in Salt Lake and Utah counties. After witnessing more than 100 powerful birth stories and counting, I’m a firm believer that every birth deserves to be captured and every mother is worthy of the investment of birth photography.

 I whole heartedly believe these three things:

How often does a woman get to see how strong she is?

It fundamentally changes us when someone who truly sees our strength captures the raw and powerful experience of our birth. Investing in birth photography means investing in our potential, our legacy, and our story.

No mother should look back on her birth and wish she could better remember the first time her eyes met her baby’s, the unwavering support of her partner’s loving hands, or the perfect shape of her newborn’s tiny toes. All of the powerful moments of birth — the joyful, the challenging, and everything in between  — matter and deserve to be remembered!
